Returns
As such all orders and services purchases through VillageWala™️ cannot be returned when out for delivery except for restaurant flaws.

Cancellation of Order
VillageWala™️ reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction/order for restaurants and services that are listed at an incorrect price or are not available. This is enforceable irrespective of order confirmation or payment confirmation. In such events if the payment has been processed by VillageWala™️ the amount will be refunded via the same mode of original payment and user will be notified of the same with a reasonable mode of communication. After placing an order VillageWala™️ will not entertain any user request for order cancellations.

Shipping policy
The title and the risk of the orders shall pass onto you upon VillageWala (via our delivery personal) delivering the orders to you and you accepting the orders. VillageWala™️ will only process the order after the payment has been processed in ‘Online Payment’ Prepaid Account. VillageWala™️ will try to deliver the order (via our delivery personal) as per the order submitted by the user.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
SORRY… we generally DO NOT entertain any Order Cancellations – because once the order is placed on the Restaurant – the Restaurants generally DO NOT entertain cancellation of orders before 9AM for Lunch and 5PM for the Dinner of the delivery date Post of the time would not cancelled. However, in case you request us for an Order Cancellation prior to the order being placed on the Restaurant – then the cancellation of the order is up to the discretion of VillageWala™️. In case of Delivery of Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT… VillageWala™️ adheres to a very high standard of Quality of Services – and is very STRICT in terms of achieving a very high level of Customer Satisfaction. Hence, in case of an Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT – wing to a process related issue of VillageWala™️ – we generally DO NOT charge the customer for the order… but, this is totally up to the discretion of VillageWala™️.

Term and conditions

1.     The User shall request to order food and beverages from a Restaurant Partner by clicking on ‘Place Order’ tab on the Restaurant Partner page on the FDP shall constitute an unconditional and irrevocable authorization issued in favor of FDP to place online orders for food and beverages against the Restaurant Partners on User’s behalf.

An order, once placed on behalf of User by the FDP and accepted by a Restaurant Partner constitutes a separate contract of sale of goods under the Sale of Goods Act,1930 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any successor legislation between the Restaurant Partner and the User, to which the Food Delivery Platform shall not be a party.

2.    The User must warrant that while placing an order the details like contact number, delivery address, etc. are accurate and correct. By providing these details, the User expresses his/her acceptance of FDP’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.

3.    The User shall not resell food purchased via FDP.

4.    The User shall be charged a delivery fee for delivery of the order by the Delivery Partner or Restaurant Partner as the Delivery Partner or Restaurant Partner may determine (“Delivery Charges”). The User must agree that the Food Delivery Platform is authorized to collect, on behalf of the Delivery Partner or Restaurant Partner, as the case may be. The Delivery Charges may vary from, order to order, which may be determined on multiple factors such as order value, demand during peak hours, etc.
